Charlie and John return victorious. The banana put up quite a fight, as you can tell from the bruising. Photo taken on Claremont Avenue, opposite the Star Grocery, which is a wonderful old family-owned establishment.

I think that banana should feed the islanders for quite a while.
I love it!
Where was that? Claremont Ave?
Tho I have to admit I've never seen Lost, I've gotten a kick out of several of these-- the cat one also was a favorite. But this is fantastic!
Ha! i like this. i haven't ever watched lost. now i dont have to.
ps. Im blogging about macMoe this morning.I would be happy for you to copy the photos from my blog is you'd like.
For some reason I looked at this and simply laughed!
I am so enjoying these pictures. I love the idea of our everyday world peopled with these other characters, who are on quests of their own that only tangentially connect to ours. Yes, I would have eaten that banana for breakfast, but I love that it's been wrestled away by these other-world guys. They look so happy!
The dead banana is too funny. Wonder what their cooking ritual will be like?
i have never seen an episode of lost.
however, you make it seem like quite the interesting program.
lovely work, as always.
2 a-peeling characters!
I envisage the banana peeled and sticking up out of one of those cauldron type cooking pots over an open fire
I remember a cheesy 70's series called land of the giants... that's what this reminded me of.. not the cheesy bit..the scale thing.
Hahaha... you must have so much fun doing these! Love it.
