fantastic image
Very nice work — would be time well spent combing dreams out of that head of hair.
Lovely drawing! The idea of uncontrolled growth within one's hair reminds me of worried Rastafari parents.
your work is so fun. i love it! thank you for being so inspiring!
She has the most amazing hair!
Marie Antoinette....she must have had dark dreams whilst in the tower
She is brilliant!
Freezing February 8:00pm: now dreaming of hot toddy and hot-water bottle ...
Insane! Love it!
so nice. lovely.
I also thought (along with Lorenzo, appparently) how difficult it would be to comb. tangles of dreams.
did you see the crazy hairdo's in the BibliOdyssey post some months back? This reminds me of that, and it is spectacular, btw!
Tom - I think we talked about those - before the French revolution, they had wigs with ships and other fantastic creations on top.
This is one of my favourite pieces of your work Susan. She has the most satisfied smile. Quite wonderful xJ
Thank you, Jasmine. I was pretty happy with it, I think i find feminine subjects challenging sometimes.
i had my hair done like this for my junior prom.
Wow, what a face. What a picture! I really love this one.
OH EGAD! This is serious hair action - you know - stuff really does get 'kank'd' up in there. i'm can't stop smiling at this ... LUV IT!!!
still smiling...can't get away from this one...i feel totally connected...
Reminds me a bit of Edward Lear's limerick about the old man with a beard. Except that it is on the top of her head!
She has a fertile mind..
Love this... reminds me of the illustrations in Alice In Wonderland which I think is a wonderful reference.
I see a light bulb lamp in the ensemble of her hair and head.
Talking about light - it's amazing how much light you can obtain from cross hatching - some spots in the darkness glow magnificently!
that is beautiful :)
mad wonderful hair
oh, this is terrific.
