This is based on a recollection I have of staying with friends in Upstate New York - Kate was sticking her tongue out to catch snowflakes and Julia was commenting on it. At least, that's my recollection. Simple pleasures. Illustration Friday Edit: Well, snowflakes are floating things....like balloons. I had posted this for today and thought it could squeak by. I did post a more conventional balloon a few weeks back.
