I'm glad I read the comments. It is persimmons! I originally thought oranges. My Dell computer is nice but doesn't have the color quality you artists have on your MACs. I know. My husband is always pointing it out. He doesn't like seeing his photography on anything but a Mac.

This IS pretty, Artsparker. I saw persimmon trees last fall in Japan, and this painting is a sweet reminder.

Yes, Titus, that;s it exactly, a bit of warmth for winter. I also did pears and pomegranates.
So pretty. Persimmons, pomegranates, pears - those are the winter fruits for me. And I could almost feel the heft of it just looking at your picture.
