Heeeeeathcliffffff!
North Beach
China Town Window
The Window of Community Thrift, in the Mission, where students from California College of Art are doing a series of installations.
I'd identify the artist, but the window only had a list of participants in the series. If anyone knows, please let me know.

The window decoration with the tiny landscape is so smashing!
And I wish we had a chinese lamp shop like this.
You find the best places and things. The North Beach (or South Beach) sunset scene and the shop in China Town with all the umbrellas (and the intimidating warrior in front) are absolutely great!!
Ooh, I could feel my old obsession with long-dark-haired men returning, but on closer inspection he's a bit too pretty.
And the landscape and islands in the window are superb!
Just been to an exhibition, in Thornhill, by Kate Phillips (mainly encautic works). Very beautiful. She grew up in Nithsdale and, would you credit it, is now based in Oakland, California. I'll try and get some shots at the weekend, and I'm coveting one of her Essence Vessels.
Titus- That photo was mostly about my amusement with the wind seeming to be blowing arpund what he was attached to as well as his hair. He's a little wet behind the ears, as you say.
I like seeing your sights.
Great images, esp. for me, the glimpse of trumpet in North Beach. Gabrielle time.
i like!
Sounds like a wonderful walk around town...
So refreshing all these sights and color. I needed that today.
I don't know the artists, but I think those are chairs I donated a while back! What was I thinking?
Ladron- That is so cool - little did you know they'd become art.
