love this image! i still remember a school assignment where we had write another verse to 'kubla khan'. yeah, that didn't work out so well. didn't really get the point anyway. but, i still do remember many lines to 'rime of the ancient mariner' from the same time.
I've missed a lot of good stuff these past couple of days, Susan. I see this one more as Nature 1 - Disney O, and I'm waving my pom-poms for nature.
Much as I like it, my big problem with Khubla Khan was always that Alph seemed a very silly name for a river. Maybe the man from Porlock was called Alf, and laudanum did the rest.
