East of the Sun and West of the Moon
I like this compass on Bee Creative, reminded me I could sew my own.
And this image on Gerdiary is another sort of compass.
....
Off topic: I see an ad on my site meter - KFC is now contributing to breast cancer research. The slogan? "Every bucket makes a difference". I'll bet.

Wouldn´t that feel good, going off into the blue as an adventuress, equipped with hand sewn compass...?!
G- You sort of do that now...if not knowing how fabric exploration will end.
Yeah, letting the wind blow you like a tumbleweed. Sounds like fun.

I love your compass illustration! The girl looks to have helium inside her and she wants to fly - or float. Lovely. And Bee Creative and Gerdiary's creations are simply beautiful.
i think it gives the illusion of flowing together, intertwined- one full circle
beautiful compasses and suns, and the sense of flowing/flying/ through the deep blue open spaces of the links, joyful personal voyages.
A- I get by with a little help from my sisters.
makes a difference with your cholesterol intake...ack, but it's finger lickin' good...off to explore your bloggy picks of the day.
Great one - they both look nice and warm and woolly!

Another fantastic image. How do you manage it? I've given you a mention over on my blog and if you'd like the book to work on let me know.
oh this is quite a piece! i'm still thinking about it...
Lady on the left just took me straight to the end of Tod Browning's "Freaks". I must have a state of mind at the moment.
Loved the material links.
Titus- I can see the chicken woman.
I think I will dream of traveling with the wind tonight... :)
you created a lot of swirly motion. I am always amazed at how you create such "animation" with just ink and photos.
oh you my sister lets meet in the blue....
really, really wonderful. thank you.
Thank goodness! I was beginning to think it was me.
I really like this unique and original illustration of compass!
