Some of us like to stay inside on rainy days, while others feel the urge to get out and engage in (relatively) brisk aerobic exercise. Click the title for a link to R.E.M.'s Good Advices. If you want to see other pavement level sights, I've just posted on Tinytheatre. In case you were wondering about the low P.O.V. here recently, yes, I am now two inches tall and residing in a drain pipe.

Love the effect : snail and a car... I prefer a snail speed :o)
2 inches high, huh?
I recently changed my POV to third person omniscient and so can see all things at all times, from a comfortable remove. primarily from my couch.
I kinda feel like that snail about now...no wait, he's faster, heh...
Not sure what it is but most folks round my area just have to get out in the rain...!
Beautiful!
And most importantly, nowhere near my hostas.
Title poetry.
Chris- that is Mikey Stipe, not me. But I like it.
Bravo pour cette photo... En France nous n'aimons pas seulement les escargots dans notre assiette !
En ce moment le temps est si exécrable que nos chers escargots sont très heureux de nous montrer leurs cornes!

2 inches tall? Did you survive the snail attack?
Hi! this is full of sense! beautifull
wow---you certainly did get low for that shot! I like thinking about a "snail's pace" right now--it seems very inviting.
The REM lines also remind me of those from 'Wandering Star', and a sentiment I kind of share - "I've never seen a site that didn't look better looking back".
Squish it NOW. Them bastards are destroying my cabbages.
hello snail friend
love your p.o.v
