O where are you going, says the false knight on the roadI'm going to my school, says the wee boy and still he stood
What is on your back, says the false knight on the road
Me bundles and me books, says the wee boy and still he stood
Not to worry, the wee boy gets the best of his opponent.

i liked this one so much !!! everything !!!
wonderful image!
the false knight look very scary to me!
The metal bird is twice his size
the boys chances looking bleak
till mighty he swings up his stick
and smashes bird-face in the beak.
love the towering yet the might
Hi, is there a way of uying both calenders together and saving on postage or do they have to be bought separately?
I completely enjoy this image and the words. Best of all are the long shadows produced by the characters upon the ground. It is the perfect time of day for this encounter!
Love it!
i'm glad to hear it
the false knight has a very long shadow
is there a Steeleye Span series on the way? (*in a hopeful tone...*)
or possibly Steeleye Span + Jethro Tull.....
David always gets his Goliath in the end ; )
This is so fabulously whimsical and fun! You work always makes my heart so glad. Great work! Thanks for the congrats on the book!

I always get into an earlier century/folklore haunted Britain state of mind at this time of year.
His beak makes him look nasty..
Isn't this a wonderful outcome.
I like the knight anyway.
