Fire Dancer

From an expedition to Limontour beach at Pt. Reyes. The best fire ever! The above has no religious or anthropological significance.

Wonderful movement of the skirt! And how daring to be dancing so close to the fire if someone's made of paper.

thanks for the break from significance

I'm worried about her catching fire --The spinning skirt adds to the intensity!

I'm wondering how you did this - or did she get burnt?

Amazing photo and art. I was going to ask how you did this, and see that you have already answered the question.

So cool, Susan!

Oh, that's superb!
A touch of the Glastonbury-after-darks as well, which is making me feel nostalgic, if not at all religious.

Nicely done!

I have lots of fond memories of Pt Reyes, and ya might as well add Bodega Bay and friend had a place at Stinson Beach ; )

Here, in Rio, the Christmas and the New Year's Eve are mostly a warm up before the big event ever - the carnival.

This is another free association, of course, but I would love to spend some time in a beach fire in California, it must be a lovely gathering experience (I wonder if "gathering experience" is real English or not... I bet it is not!)

Great! That slightly blurry left hand makes it move.
