Not Tom Waits

Hint: she's a pilgrim. But I think she and Tom Waits could have a good conversation, and the house makes me think of Come on up to the House - a particularly lovely video.

Hi Yvette - The character is the Wife of Bath, one of the pilgrims from Canterbury Tales. She is very lively and earthy and could also be a character in a Tom Waits song. The song seems to me to be about one person's case of "I deserve" (the American mindset) being released. But that's a dry analysis. It's the way it feels that hooks me in..

Lovely, but not gat-toothed enough! American Orthodentistry, I presume?

Thank you for the link I've not seen this video before. Tom is every inch an artist. The throbbing heart is so powerful x
