This is another design for redbubble, I am using it for my illustration friday entry for time. I think there is some J.T. Steiny (see previous post) in this and also Jude Hill influence, specifically a post that included her cat friend looking intent and a photo of a quilt with round segments, which look like moons to me. Of course, I wish you all could meet each other in reality, not just in my art.Edit: Removed button to my rabbit entry on redbubble cause it turns out you have to sign up to vote. Sorry to anyone who went there & found complications.

ha! really.
glorious!
i'm a sucker for dramatically soft, beautiful night skies. the dynamics of this piece are phenomenal. i like that we can't see cat's face, the color-changing backdrop. nice!
This would make a beautiful quilt.
I'm a sucker for black cats. I had the pleasure of having been best friends with one once, Jimmy, and your wonderful illustration brought him immediately to mind.
Very cool the dab of violet in the bottom – I think it gives this piece that little something extra, as if sprinkled with fairy dust that makes it extra special.
yeah, that gets it... they really do that.
Hope he made a wish
i love, love, love it.
anything with cats can't be bad : )
... enjoying your blog!
The cats attentive tension is unsurpassed.
I FINALLY had someone tell me what 'IF' meant. HAHA. I like this!
Wonderful! I love cats (and birds - I'm enjoying your print!)
We'd all "see" better if we could look at things like a cat looks at things. Nice piece.
BTW..you may give titles to all my work..you do it much better than I do.
Very pretty!
This is magic. Love black cats and indigo blue... even better when they're together. Excellent.
A magical piece!
wow.....cats and moons....what could be better??? okay, gotta go vote....
london, here artspark comes....make sure you 'meet' lettuce before you land....a friend of mine who undoubtedly will be a friend of yours!!!
I have a black cat who is very serious and deep. This could very well be his illustration! Nice.
this is a lovely piece its so strong and eye catching.
Lovely - I like the light on the cat. It reminds me of the poem Minnaloushe - "the nearest kin of the moon, the creeping cat, looked up".
Stunning and poignant.
Wow! Love the deep colors and the round frame. What a great piece of work! I hope he's making a wish. :)
this is so lovely! it reminds me a bit of my daughters looking at the moon and stars. i always forget they're there. to them, they're filled with magic and wonder.
Beautiful work! I love the colors in the night sky.
Oh my, I love the color and the viewpoint! You've created some lovely textures, too!
