He looks like he needs a little scratch behind the ear and maybe a bowl of warm plaster or concrete or whatever gargoyles sip when they are sleep-deprived...
Love all your recent gargoyles. I just received your Ox… it's wonderful! And now you can say you have your work hanging in the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville! Yes, it's in my office but I won't tell if you won't!
i remember a movie i saw at a young again: The Gargoyles. it stayed with me for a long time and i can still hear the Gargoyle saying, "Diana..." -- eery!

I believe Spiderman had an evil foe based on a Gargoyle.
everytime I see one of your line drawings I want to pick up pen and paper.
They have always been a personal favorite! Great line work!
LOve a good gargoyle, especially in line drawing..this one looks like he has something to say.
There is something sympathetic about this poor fellow. I think he’d like to have someone to chat with. Can’t be easy being a gargoyle.
wow - this is a fantastic illustration! Love it.
Nice drawing...love the emotion of the gargoyle.
great idea for the topic! i'm usually not fond of gargoyles but i quite like this one!
..think they're nocturnal, like owls...
I like the way you have the night swirling kinetically in the background.

ha, great! so different as a line drawing.
he looks very pensive... love the lines and the blue coloring.
Insomnia? Yes it may fall off too.
Beautifully illustrated.
It looks like it's about ready to take off. I'd completely forgotten about gargoyles. I love the lines and the textures of this.
I think they all do, actually. Excellent illo.
