oh how i miss California springs - i miss the summers even more - picking oranges off the Davis B Street complex orange tree - dashing over to the Farmer's Market - a Saturday morning whim...
we're still in the midst of cold - but had our first break through of sunshine today -- in 4 days or more. i've lost count! the overcast weather has held me in a useful state of discipline though...reading reading reading...grading grading grading...

That's such a lovely picture, there's nothing that can beat looking through branches to the sky above :)
We've got something white on trees without leaves, too. And I can bl well do without. Hope it ends soon.
