Nother New Year's Stick, Germany

This clown stick was placed on New Year's Eve in The German town of Erlangen by the proprietor of Lilaphase, who transported from Atlanta, Georgia in her luggage for that purpose. Check this blog for adventures in home schooling and transporting children across borders in the tradition of Shirley Jackson's "Life among the Savages".

Hi! Thank you for sending the article from the NY Times. Fantastic read.. I love the tan socks part..who knew they had a sense of humor? Bernanke's goel is to reflate the system and so far he hasn't been able to.....until very, very recently. Now, based on the CRB Raw Industrial Index (key indicator for hard assets) it looks like the Fed might be able to reflate the system after all...now that makes way for massive inflation, BUT, it's better than a deflationary death spiral. Maybe we will all be wearing tan socks. HAHA. Thanks again and another cool stick!!
