Seeing these images from North By NW in a completely different context is both funny & inspiring. Thanks!

He´s a handsome enough guy - but would a woman of today go through all this trouble just to sit on a mailbox with him...? (that´s why this kind of movies aren´t made any more I guess...)

Ger - Destinations everywhere once you get inside the mailbox - some have compared post boxes to the Tardis.

Given her options, better a seat on a mailbox than a fall off Mount Rushmore.

Nice shot, Susan. I'll have to watch the movie again, it's been years.

When I think of Hitchcock and illustration/graphics I thought it couldn't get any better than Saul Bass but your Hitch 'season' adds so much to old favourites (as with Alice too). I did tell you about the "Hitchcock 1000 frames" I found on the web didn't I...? Just google it and enjoy!

Caio- That's the second time today you made me laugh.

doing a little Hitcock these days - in the psychoanalysis of film course - you have your own thumb printed language and take - i'd climb on a mailbox to gera in a sec and then ask, "now what you gone do?"

artistic brilliance at its height!
