LOST: Rousseau

Rousseau has been trapped on the island for sixteen years, which perhaps entitles her to bad hair days (you will have to click for detail to see how very bad, apologies to Edward Lear). She likes to trap people in nets which are baited with a seemingly infinite supply of baby dolls.

Hey wow! I'm loving this series.
Illustration in nature...
very nice!
And I can't wait to see your interpretation of John Locke!

Thanks so much for your kind comment and have a wonderful day!

A twilight zone moment for me here, as I'm presently revising a story involving a woman searching for her baby.

But I swear my character's hair is not in such bad shape and - to my knowledge - she doesn't eat bugs. Mind you, my story is set in winter in a cold climate. Who knows what the woman would eat if trapped sixteen years on this island?

That said, I had to laugh at the bird on your character's head as I found a matching one this afternoon which I will send you as soon as I finish typing this comment.

Cheers, ArtSparker.

Hah! Fantastic! I didn't even see the people hanging at first glance because of the light bloom. I've never seen an episode of Lost, but I still enjoy this series Susan.

Reminds me of when the dwarves get tied up by spiders in 'the hobbit'

Susan, I love coming by to see what you are doing. I never know what I'm going to find, but I always know that it's going to be unique and fun! I love this.

Hmmm... I love the face you placed on her. Beautifully disgruntled. : - )

This makes me actually want to go back and catch up on every episode I missed. And there are many. I haven't much time for television.

beautifull light bloom
an aura of an aura
ring round the halo

maybe she's a nidologist?

eggs of her nest
soft like arms
in cradle of capture

timely island
in weird waters,
broken beaches
sands to glass,
which way wobble
when all words washout?

( wish wish wish )

I satared at Rousseau´s threatening eyes & the sun rays dazzled me for a sec, till I discoverd the hanging figures... what a shock! Felt the urge to run away! It´s a powerful image.
