Zeus is going on about something, but Horus (loosely rendered, a raven's head instead of a Falcon's) looks skeptical. Photographed in Gypsy Honeymoon on 24th Street in San Francisco.Speaking of Zeus, Attika SOS is still looking for contributions from crafters to raise funds for reforestation in Greece.

It´s so strange to see Horus in such a relaxed attitude! Yet he emanates a certain superiority, even though he has to stand on a chair. I like Zeus yellow (mad? obsesive?) look.
i liked the colors of it .
could the bird head guy wear the gigantic dumb head ?
Zeus seems surprised. Maybe 'tis something Horus said? Looks like ebony wood or painted black. It's a great piece. And maybe that's why Horus is looking skeptical?
Horus has an expression we describe in French as "causes toujours, mon lapin" meaning, more or less, "just keep on flapping your gums, buster".
(Is there a raven god in Egyptian mythology or is this artistic licence on your part?)
The mask is pretty impressive and the shop sounds like my kind of place.
(don't forget to let me know about the authors already ticked off your mom's reading list.)
Cheers, Susan.
I like where the power lies in this one!
I like this one a lot!
I'm wondering if this is next to or near Real Foods (if they're still there) and, near or across the street from the soap shop, although I can't remember their name. Used to by Maja Soap, from Spain, and other herbal items.
The more you get around, the more I'm missing the bay area again ; )
I think there's gonna be a rumble Zeus looks terrified (i'd be terrified if I only had a head, how ya gonna walk to da fridge fer a Bud?) and the little birdy bloke looks well pissed off, my monies on da boid brain! Pip Pip!(Tweet-tweet)
strangely enchanting!
Horus is pretty fresh to stand up against such a deity.
