Love this. Always felt as a little girl I had to decide which one I liked the best, "Looking Glass" or "Wonderland". I still feel that way sometimes though I realize they are all one which is why I continually confuse the sequence of events between the two. I love the queens.
Susan, have you ever seen the movie from the 1930s? I've probably brought this up before. Edna Mae Oliver played the Red Queen. There's a great visual of the baby that turns into the pig in that. Gary Cooper is the knight who doesn't know where he's going. W.C. Field is Humpty Dumpty (as I recall--it's been years since this was on tv).
